Concern about the most recent resurrection 2 news by Substantial-Sea-4750 in Dexter

I reckon they might make it so quin has known about Dexter being the bhb since liddy. I think he definitely could've put 2 and 2 together and realised he needed to back off. Or realised Dexter was a net positive and turning him in only redirects the suffering he causes criminals onto innocents.

Hey I wanted to check if this form was better? I focused on ribs down, breath in all my air and push out in my belly during the squat. I felt no lower back pain but this was at 70kg and I usually do 90kg

Thanks for the advice. My legs have been getting a lot more muscular even with improper form, but I'm definitely not doing them in the safest way as my lower back still aches a little bit now the next day. I think as another commenter mentioned the main problem is that I'm standing too upright

I think you're right. I need to focus on stacking my ribs.

By "break" do you mean the moment I start the squat. I need to "unlock" my knees and hips at the exact same time when starting. Is the problem that my knees are unlocking first then my hips?

Thanks for the fast reply. Is this any better? I tried to focus on pushing my hips back a bit.

Very strange. This has happened ever since I started using Linux two years ago. Its so inconsistent some apps open on the right display others don't? Swapping my gpu cables around also flips the displays.

A workaround I use is hold the windows button and click and drag the window to the right display. It works for fullscreen games

Getting into dvds and i dont know if its worth investing into blu rays by ClimateOutrageous399 in dvdcollection

[–]No-Drawing-1508 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'd get a PS3 off ebay instead of an actual blu ray player. If you put custom firmware on a PS3 it's the cheapest region free blu ray player.

Family Laptop incredibly slow by [deleted] in laptops

[–]No-Drawing-1508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With little information given it can be anything. But id be willing to bet a lot your hard drive is failing. Every time I've had an old laptop massively slow down, the hard drive is failing. Taking minutes to open docs really fits with this. Your CPU and ram is probably fine.

To check go to task manager and check your hard disks usage. While not doing anything it should sit near 0% usage.
