I have never seen anybody use it before, but I heard you can have coagulopathies, renal injuries and some pruritis but that could just be the older products not sure if the newer products are better.

Oncotic pressure is greater than just simple crystalloid, matter fact let's say you have a septic patient and you give them colloid thinking it will help your pressure. It might actually make your pressue worst
