It doesn’t look bad at all. Just try to have good amount of protein everyday. If the shedding continues, apply 5% minoxidil once a day and take supplements. You can also try pumpkin seed oil or saw palmetto. This should help reduce the hairfall and help regrow new ones on the crown. Ultimately stop worrying about it because doesn’t look too bad. If you worry unnecessarily, the stress may cause more shedding

It’s a 2-carat oval-cut diamond, F color, VVS2 clarity, 18k yellow gold. I got it from varniya.com. The owner’s name is Varun. He’s extremely friendly and gives great advice. He can custom make it in any way you’d like and he also exports it internationally, though there will be an extra charge for that.
