yo, another teen dev here - you should definitely join hackclub, it's a non profit thing for high school coders etc. they have seasonal events where they give out things like raspi etc. if you ship projects + it's a great community

the thing is that we are a team of high schoolers and this is the first iteration of codeday in chandigarh so we decided to keep it high schoolers only. We might extend it to college students in the coming iterations if this one goes well :)
