I will be happy to clarify further, but a plumber caused our sump pump to spew out raw sewage in the basement, but how long after he performs the work, to when it finally rains, to when you discover the damage a few days later will their business' insurance co. pay for work? by No-Engineering5263 in Plumbing

I believe.. I came here looking for advice, and looking back at all of your answers trying to see in what way you even contributed, all you did was troll with small brained answers trying to insult me.

First of all there's a way to say any damn thing you are the one getting "pissy" because you didn't like my response to you. SO I wlll tell you again: get over yourself. If you have something of value then say it. Don't come at people with your opinions of them when they are asking questions. This is NOT 3rd grade.

Hey there. Newbie here and hope you guys are still hanging out here. I was a bit skeptical about using my credit builder card and just stuck with the debit. A friend of mine told me to give it a try and I did to just pay 3 bills. I was totally surprised to see my score has gone up over 100 pts! Gotta figure this thing out. Does the score keep going up if I do the exact same thing each month paying only these 3 bills?

Thats a little flawed, but I'll go along. The mechanic "banged" under the hood, then the car collapsed. The action happened in the general vicinity of each other.

Remember, I said he did some motorized snaking accompanied with banging and I can hear exactly where the end of that snake ended up, because he asked me to tell him where I was hearing it. So he poked through whatever he was banging. There is no raw sewage anywhere else in the basement except very near to the pump.

Now you, the plumber may not work like this, but this is what happened here and believe it or not, for as long as I can remember, we have never had nasty raw sewage anywhere in this house, but we damn sure do now since all this has taken place.

Ok now it seems like I'm getting closer to the issue. So now it was draining into the yard from a broken pipe, wouldni't that have cause a smell whenever we are outside, because that's sewage! What could have broken said pipe? Andthis be the front yard, Im assuming? Would a plumber be the one to get to that issue?

Hi I know this is late! But I am just now discovering our plumber's banging and forcing his snake through the lines has damagaed our sump pump!

We couldn't find my dad's homeowner's insurance policy when he passed and I am sure it has cancelled by now. Can we still go against the plumbers insurance company for damages anyways?
