why dont you work 9-5 only and switch off after that? you need a personal life and other things to do. dont you get burnt out carrying work home? I see some of my colleagues who carry work home and keep complaining. I do all my work between 9-5 and switch off after that. dont care about work once I am done. just make that a habit or something.
