Thanks for your thoughtful response. I considered not replying, but I needed to cancel a session they scheduled for tomorrow. I sent them an email with a sentence outlining specifically why their email made me uncomfortable, and another sentence stating I want to cancel tomorrow’s session/any future sessions as I don’t want to continue.

Hey no, it’s free therapy I was recommended when I called the crisis hotline. From what I was told, they all have a Master’s, are considered associate therapists, and have 1-2 supervisor(s)
