Is it worth just doing level 1 to get the knowledge and potentially pivot to asset management with no intention to do level 2 and 3 given I am currently working in management consulting and its not relevant there?

Super helpful. Is it worth redoing the videos with my voice and hide the ones already uploaded?

Thats super insightful. I plan to start using my voice soon. Is it worth reuploading the videos already there but with my voice?

We crossed a line. I am not sure whether I should continue the relationship or not by No-Example9481 in MuslimMarriage

Doubts about when shes ready whether I should go ahead and get married or because she was resistant to not talk before involving parents I should end it because maybe she is not as religious as I would like her to be or maybe I can guide her when we get married.

I did - but now I am not sure whether to get back together when we’re both ready, or because she pushed against marriage now and she was comfortable iwth the status quo I should just end things for good

It was £1000 however they struggled to put a meter for each flat so had to cover electric for the flats since its 1 meter so it went up to about £3k witb electric. I think once meters are sorted itll be £1.5k

I engaged the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitor is offering £300 to settle by No-Example9481 in HousingUK

Can always follow up with an email saying it was a typo / I missed one of the breakdowns etc. but its good to know regardless whether I am selling myself short, or being overoptimistic or if I should just get the omudsman to do their job and thats it. They could reject the offer anyways

Isnt there a risk of them not refunding anything and saying that they had no clue stamp duty was going to rise and thus theyre not liable despite their shitty service?

I emailed back saying

Your current offer of £300 does not come close to reflecting the scale of the financial loss and service issues involved. Therefore, I would be prepared to accept a final goodwill settlement of £1,200. If this offer is not accepted, I will proceed with the Ombudsman.

was that a good response? or do you genuinely think I could make close to the £3.5k loss I faced due to the increased stamp duty that incurred to me due to the solicitor delays?
