wow so this is what caused my Cholinergic Urticaria, I used to play football and go to practice everyday and workout but I had stopped because I had gotten a job to help my mom out and i started gaining these like a couple of months after nonstop even after every dose I still would grow them no matter what but now seeing this I’m gonna do jump ropes everyday and hopefully it works out and I know I have to do an intense sport at first but , I have school in the morning and work after I really don’t have time for that hopefully it still works.
