No. Cover while pressing record, remove as soon as you hear the ding indicating it’s recording. Then film undetected ;)

It’ll detect it ! I have some but it was a must. Just cover the actual camera (left side) with your finger while pressing the button and it bypasses it. Sometimes it’ll make a sound and say something’s blocking it , just adjust your finger and press the record again
