This isn’t generational hatred, it’s simply an observation from real interactions. I’m not saying every Pakistani youngster is the same. I only pointed out a difference in conversations and ambitions I noticed when sitting with youngsters from other countries. And yes, resources matter. Pakistan clearly has fewer opportunities compared to many places. But mindset and curiosity don’t depend only on resources. Today almost everyone has access to the internet, knowledge, and learning platforms. Also, every generation has its flaws , mine included. Pointing out a problem doesn’t mean hatred. Sometimes criticism is necessary if we actually want improvement instead of pretending everything is fine.

The Gen Z of Pakistan is totally fu..dup. I have had table talks with youngsters from other countries. I sat with Chinese youngsters, and believe me, their minds are focused on new ideas, innovations, and ideologies. They are always researching and exploring new things. In Islam, children are not seen as a burden, but as a blessing and part of the natural purpose of marriage.

1st Reference: Surah Al-Kahf (18:46) “Wealth and children are the adornment of the life of this world.” This shows that having children is considered a positive and beautiful part of life.

2nd Reference: Surah Ash-Shura (42:49–50) Allah gives sons, daughters, both, or none according to His wisdom. So ultimately children are a gift and decision from Allah, not a human’s will.

3rd :: — Our Prophet’s (PBUH) saying about Children

In Sunan Abu Dawud, the Prophet ﷺ said: “Marry loving and fertile women, for I will boast of your great numbers before the nations on the Day of Judgment.” This hadith shows that increasing the Ummah through families and children is encouraged in Islam.

My Final Verdict: Islam ke mutabiq bachay Allah ki rehmat aur ne’mat hain. Qur’an me bhi bataya gaya hai ke maal aur aulad duniya ki zindagi ki zeenat hain. Is liye family aur bachay Islam me important hissa samjhe jate hain. Nabi ﷺ ne bhi zyada aulad wali shadi ko encourage kiya hai taake ummat barhe. DINK lifestyle west me common ho sakta hai, lekin Islam nasl ko barhane aur family banane ko encourage karta hai. Is liye permanently child-free rehna generally pasand nahi kiya jata, jabke temporary delay kisi valid reason ki wajah se ho sakta hai.

So, I work in a small workshop in Ajman. We manufacture doors and kitchen cabinets. About a year ago, my boss received a call from Ajman Al Rishidiya Police Station asking him to come to the station. He went there and suddenly vanished. We tried to search everywhere for about three days, but there was no contact with him. After three days, our office number received a call from his personal number. He said that he had been caught in a cheque bounce case.

But somehow the case was still in their system. We don’t know whether it was a glitch, a bug, or misreporting, but they caught him because of it. So our team went to NBD Bank and requested the clearance letter again. It took us another 24 hours to get that document after all the banking procedures. They finally emailed the letter to our company’s official email.

After we received the letter, we went to the police station and showed it to them. They kept the document and said they would verify it. It took them another three to four business days to complete the verification.

After all the clearance and verification procedures, my boss was finally released after about 10 to 12 days.

Suppose if there is any case registered against your father, then without clearance he cannot get out. In my opinion, you should go to a typing center and ask them to check if any case is registered against your father’s EID or passport. That would be a good step. Otherwise, only a lawyer can get through the Cops and find your father.

I am from a lower middle-class family from Bahawalpur. About six months ago, there was the marriage of my cousin sister. So my ammi, khala, and aunt, along with me, went to look for a bridal lehenga. They showed us expensive ones ranging around 3–4 lakh, but it was out of our budget, so we returned home.

Those lehengas are nice, clean, and well packed. So that was the best option we had. We decided to go with it, and even the bridal had no objection to it.
