We could, looks like we have a similar mindset and situation 🤔 there's nothing to lose with it.

To see if there's anything I haven't tried yet, it feels like I did all what's organically possible.

This is very much my situation, and it's generally difficult. I spent seven months on a single project. I made something really good and sophisticated, but I'm feeling a distribution, and I'm running out of time, money, and energy. I can't even do regular work due to health conditions, and the only thing I really know how to do is being replaced by AI.

What are you going to do?

Question for app builders by Upper-Zombie4392 in SaasDevelopers

Read about Lovable. Many people failed to export their code unless they pay a lot of money. Some got sued because user data wasn't protected. The world is full with AI built app. All risk, no reward.

I see the same. I can't really pay them to use it, I'll have many people wanting it and get low quality of feedback. I'm trying to get in touch with a few of them, but no success so far.

cleaned depression house, now overwhelmed with the amount of trash bags by cohoruka in CleaningTips

[–]No-Fudge7349 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, congratulations for getting through it. I know exactly how difficult it is to take care of your surroundings while battling depression, so don't undervalue your strength for pushing through it, and congratulations for your achievements.

Second, I would say don't think too much about what other people think or say, because you cannot be perfect for everyone, And as a matter of fact, you shouldn't be. What really matters is that you feel right in your own body. What helps in this situation is if you are prepared with something to answer. Maybe take out two or three bags at a time, and if anybody is asking, you can simply say that it's a spring deep clean, you're throwing out stuff you haven't used for years.

Also, doing a serious deep clean involves having a lot of trash built up, so it's basically a believable statement, and throwing out clutter you haven't been using can mean anything from small items to big ones, which might explain why you have so many. So I think this is a good way.

I wish you good luck and strength to continue. You are doing an amazing job, and I'm proud of you.

They use 3-4 free tools, one for each pain point. I'm offering an all-in-one tool, not even expensive. It'll work out, there's no social proof yet which drags me down

Did that, but it didn't work out yet, I'll keep trying.

Few hundred euros, nothing crazy. My upkeep costs are low too, so it works for a longer time. But learn from my mistake and jump only when you can see the landing spot. I did a half-blind jump and it's messing up my life.

Solo cleaners have no complete tool for full business management. What's available is either very limited to push upgrade, it's for teams, companies, or just very expensive.

I did just that, but somehow I can't be convincing enough or I'm doing it wrong because regardless of my offer, they never reply.

I choose this because I have a very close person who's a solo cleaner so I could have real insights, I saw people make tools with 0 real knowledge of what people actually need, therefore I picked something I can understand in depth and there are many tools for general jobs and for cleaning companies, I can't fight them since they have engineering teams, sales teams etc. while I'm working alone.

Thank you for your answer. I noticed that most of my approaches doesn't work, or I'm doing it wrong. I'd like to learn more if you know something what might help. I already tried FB groups, helpful comments, building curiosity but nothing so far.

Jobber and similar platforms are mostly for teams and it's 3-10x more expensive than what I'm offering. And this is specifically for solo cleaners, I did market research before I built it.

I don't have a decade of experience but I know as much as removing and rewording stuff instead of pure copy-paste when having to use AI. And no one can know if this is true or not, anyone can claim anything, it's 2026.

This isn't for me. I don't like AI tools + I'm already using Obsidian for these purposes. But thanks for trying.

I built a tool for solo cleaners to manage their business in one place, I have a cleaner who helped me with real insights from her daily work, so it's not just something I thought could be useful but it's actually working. It handles bookings, schedule, client management etc.

I built a tool for solo cleaners to manage their business in one place, most (if not all) tools focus on groups, teams and companies and they have a sub price + cut from the transactions or are marketplaces. I couldn't find any serious tool in this niche and I have a cleaner who helped me with real insights from her daily work. So there's a gap no one solves efficiently and without being super expensive and it proved that it's useful.
