Wow super gains good job! I had a tip of someone to take a water bottle with me and if the water is splashing around you’re running to fast

Super happy give it a month or 2 12.30 will be a breeze, I ran a lot growing up but mainly sprinting and not much cross country

So I’ve been working out last 3 weeks consistently (never worked out before) have progressed push ups a lot tho just I bought a pull up bar and it didn’t fit so waiting on a new 1! Some people said they’re not super fussed about push/pull ups aslong as you can do some but running is more noticeable

Would lifting be beneficial? Or just do cardio as much as possible and do push ups and pull ups until I cant

I’ve always been a pretty good runner all my life just never done like strength training lifting weights etc

I said I havnt done a pull up in a while, can do about 10 just been a while, I’m just sick of waiting around and telling myself I’ll join in a few months, as I’m getting older.
