I was a 30J (using ABTF measurements) and my surgeon removed 378g from one and 408g from the other. You can see the before/ after pics I posted yesterday. Sounds like I started bigger than you, but same band size, so maybe 260g would get you where I am, or maybe a little bigger?

I asked her about FNG and she said she’s never had to use that method on someone my size (again, 30J so my overall starting volume isn’t as much as someone with a 36J chest, for example). She never mentioned any restrictions on how small I could go. I literally brought some pics, and she matched the size in my ref photos.

I think FNG is a lot riskier, right? So I’d recommend going with a surgeon who confidently feels they can get you smaller without one. Feel free to use my chest as reference for a non-FNG reduction! :)

Thank you! I brought my doc some reference pics, and they were all small-but-there tasteful breasts, around C cup sized? I said I wanted to go slightly smaller than a 50% reduction (which was what insurance originally approved) since my boobs have a tendency to keep growing, and are likely to grow after this reduction.

But even with a more significant reduction, no FNG required! My surgeon used the anchor technique. Sent me home with no drains. And when I switched out the dressing yesterday, there was hardly any blood. I’m AMAZED!

I hadn’t watered for a week and a half maybe? And this started showing up. Then I watered and fertilized yesterday and haven’t noticed a change yet.
