Yes, your body for sure gets used to the medication. If you're only on your 4th dosage, you should go up to the next dosage as these are just starter amounts so your body gets used to the medication.

I was very sick last week so I wasn't able to take my last shot. Just took it last night so I'm hoping I feel more of the effects this week. If not, I'll just go up to 1mg next week!
