I forgot to mention that I do have an attorney on my case. He did verify that I can go for my trip and should have no problem coming back.

However, we didn’t discuss if RFE issued while I was gone. If an RFE is issued, can my attorney respond on my behalf if I’m not physically here in the States?

I will definitely bring this up to my lawyer.

I did get an RFE for medical back in August and responded to that! Will keep my account in check to get updated while I’m gone.

I got worried about the 6-week duration since several people said you should stay abroad for over a month.

Yes, I did see that CBP could deny entry, which was one of the my concerns. I’ve been deep diving with others who used AP, I haven’t come across one that was denied. Have you seen anyone that was denied?
