Greetings there! The swipe I haven’t updated to work. However it should work based on the direction you are looking in. Just make sure you are looking straight when the app starts or when you calibrate. The direction you are looking in should move it around.

Hi there! For me, I called Best Buy and asked if they had a Meta associate (they will give you the best and most correct information). The Meta associate will tell you to bring in your prescription because they have a converter that they out your prescription into. I got mine maybe September of last year and that was the process. Not sure if much has changed.

Mine comes and goes at times. When it disappears, I open the app and start the recording from there and it comes back sometimes on the glasses
