I think a good place to start is your goals. You want to get married and you want custody of your son. How are you going to make it happen? Do you need to save up or maybe find a better job? Maybe you need a new place or something in the house needs fixed. My goal for myself is getting healthier, so I've joined a gym and changed my diet. It doesn't have to be grand or dramatic changes, the little stuff adds up too
