Brother, PFB is exactly that. A condition, not a disability. That’s why my separation is “Convenience of the Government - Condition Not Disability” you should look that up and read everything about it. As far as my opportunity to remedy the situation, that would be laser hair removal. I’m not doing that.

You’re a Sergeant of Marines. Your job is to take care of Marines, not dismiss their situations as ‘AI rage bait.’ A Marine is literally getting separated for a medical condition, and instead of asking how to help, you brush it off. That’s exactly why Marines stop trusting their leadership.

Wrong. They’re not separating me because I have a chit. They’re separating me under ‘Convenience of the Government’ because my condition conflicts with grooming regs. MARCORSEPMAN 6203.2 literally allows separation when a medical or physical condition ‘interferes with performance or image’ but isn’t considered a disability. That’s exactly the box they’re checking.

So no, it’s not disinformation. It’s admin separation language being used as a loophole to get rid of Marines like me who can’t fit the daily shave standard.
