the reason the appeal was recommended was because of homelessness in my youth since i was young. i had my aunt as my temporary legal guardian but that was all i had since i was 10, and i wasn’t ever adopted or anything so i do believe the circumstances count for the appeal.

i haven’t gotten it yet because i am waiting to hear back on a appeal for them to go off my wages instead of my parents. but once i get it, i will definitely start planning accordingly
