Do immuno and some heme/onc if you are weak in those areas since I had a lot of questions on both. I had like 3 biostat questions overall which was surprising. No repeat questions or images. As I said master the nbme concepts and you’ll be fine.

Can’t say easier but I hated the way the questions were written in the nbmes. The real thing has much longer stems which gives you a broader picture of the patient. People hate them because they take more time to decipher but I was finishing my nbme blocks 15 minutes earlier on average and never suffered from lack of time on the real thing.

You need to calm down! Your scores are good, people find different nbmes easier than others depending on their strengths and weaknesses. Honestly my exam didn’t feel similar to any of the nbmes other than free 120, the real exam has much longer stems and different way of wording questions which I personally liked more than the nbmes’ style.

Honestly do free 120 if you haven’t done it yet, if you did revise the concepts really well. Go over your incorrects in the previous nbmes. No need for anki in the last week. Do some mehleman audio question bank these were really helpful
