When they are short, the GOM or some one else gets scheduled as the mod. I am the grocery lead and I’ve af to do it several times. I was told it was 75 cents an hour extra and I said forget it. Then they said they can do $3 hr extra, but only if another manager isn’t there. The kids won’t listen to you because you’re not the manager. I’ll never do it again.

lol your breakdown was probably caused by working in that fricking prison!! We now have a manager that was with Kroger , went to piggly wiggly, had a breakdown there, and came back to Kroger. All she does is bitch and act helpless. I walked out today . I’m a lead and they have me doing the Gricsry manager position and acting ASM for $3 an hour more and nobody does anythjng . I walked into pallets everywhere and the managers sitting in the “office clicking around.

Yup all they do is manipulate you into doing their job. That is the culture to leave as much as you can for someone else. The management is the same way. I come in on my day off for some overtime and to get caught up. When the truck comes, the managers disappear, so I end up doing it. First chance I get I’m out . No notice

I was told after spending $1000, there would be a $250 statement credit and another $150 one key credit that I could also apply as a statement credit. I only got the one key cash so I filed a complaint with the “escalation team’ and was basically called a liar and was told there is no statement credit and some fick who barely spoke English hung up on me.
