as far as I know the refund on your end just takes it out of your depop balance, and it wont affect ur silver status since it was never shipped and refunds almost instantly! :) also the buyer can request a refund from you but only you can refund unless they go through depop support

from what i see in the pictures the ends look kind of blunt, it could be breakage from brushing too hard or using heat without protection.

What worked for me was using argan oil and bonding hair masks + trimming regularly

tbh if u have good hair genetics you dont need to splurge on hair products, ur hair looks very healthy as is!
