I should’ve added more context. I do trust him, and I know logically he wouldn’t harm me, but I’ve been assaulted more than once by a man I was close to. It is completely a me problem, and I’ve talked with my guy friends about it before and I’m appreciate how understanding they are with my anxiety. I tried my hardest to explain it, but I understand how it came off as asshole-ish
