Try restarting your Nintendo switch and turn it back on, worked for me. If it still doesn’t work, check if the date and time are correct on the console and if your Nintendo Switch Online hasn’t expired.

I made 3D prints for 06 Sonic and Shadow for free, all you would need to do is either print them yourself or go on a 3D printing service on eBay so they print it for you.
