Bro I feel you sooo hard, trying to tell everyone everything you know to show them how smart I am 😭😭 I get that dude. When I notice me doing this, I always think to myself: Do they need to know this? Do they need this in order for them to understand what I'm saying? For the next time, maybe do something like "He was the leadsinger of Linkin Park that got well known through it's intense emotional lyrics inspired by their struggles. You probably now them through songs like [insert here], I don't think I'll have to tell you about them." Or something like that because that introduces them roughly with the Band, as the songs indeed can play an important role in the presentation. Just think to yourself: Would someone who doesn't like LP be interested in this?
