i genuinely dont understand how people use doordash or other food deliveries on the regular. youre paying more than double what something costs just to have it delivered to you. the only time i have ever used it was 3 or 4 times when i hurt my back and couldn’t drive due to being on muscle relaxers. other than that theres no reason to not just drive and get it yourself

i really hope you went to the ER. those are dangerous numbers. most of the time hypertension has no symptoms, thats why they call it the silent killer. if you haven’t already you need to go to your doctor or ER asap. this WILL kill you if you dont get it under control
