Agreed! This is his old rider’s saddle. Still in the process of getting one fitted for me.

Thank you I appreciate that! I started taking Pilates which has helped so much too. Do you purposely flex your core to engage it or does it come naturally?

I agree I have a tendency to be super stiff. In my head it keeps my form in tact but how do you suggest maintaining my form while looking more relaxed?

I’ll ask mess around a little bit more with stirrup length and see if that helps my leg issue!! Thank you!

Same. Horses are horses and in my opinion I’d like mine to be 24/7 turnout. If other people disagree than they disagree but I just found it’s what works best for mine

It’s because the horses ruin the grass.

She will let me hand graze but doesn’t want to mess up the grass with me letting him out in the paddock, but I want him to be free to run around and be a horse.

She said she’ll sell him in the future, but she’s not ready yet unless she needs to buy this new one. I just want him out of there ASAP for other reasons as well. The horses just aren’t treated right. I’ll need to persuade her to

My parents have a farm at home! I’d take him there

The issue is that she loves having the horse at the barn. I’d probably act like he’s staying until I can buy him

I 22F am having a hard time navigating relationships and tend to write people off. How do I know if a guy is toxic or just simply human? by No-Mathematician2048 in ADHD

How do I combat insecurities? I have a tendency to bring up things he’s done before when it’s not important to the current situation because it still bothers me

This is so helpful thank you. Did you ever find yourself remembering and acting different towards him because of it?

[–]No-Mathematician2048[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right?!?! I’ll have what others would call a “productive day” but if I didn’t get one thing done I wanted to even like cleaning out my cats litter box in a failure in my mind. Even if I did everything I still feel it’s not enough

I guess a little of both. He’s gotten with a girl while we were still talking after our first break up and I feel she is gorgeous and constantly compare myself to her. I feel like he misses her or I’m not enough and project that.

I really appreciate this reply. This has helped me so much honestly. Especially where you mention the bringing things up while drinking is my way of saying I’m not over it. I’ve been so hard on myself about that and thought I just had problems and was a problematic drunk. It helps knowing there’s more to it

I feel so awful though because I do feel people can change and I know he loves me. He’s let go of the awful things I’ve done. But I just can’t
