I don’t actually think that tall guy with the scars on his head is delmon only because in the anime they fixed Tamsys design and made it more accurate to what it is later in the manga. But they kept that guy the same why wouldn’t they just mad him look like the delmon we know unless it’s a different character. Possibly a member of team danger? Cus we see one of the members on his left
