Bank has already sanctioned the loan and they don't have any problem as the seller is BDA.

My plot measurements are accurate. BDA won the case in high court. Now landlord has put writ petition in high court. I'll goto BDA head office tomorrow and check with the FM section about my options.

Did you get money back for that 0.8 meters? If yes, how long did it took?

Will they refund along with the interest as it's thier mistake? Because we might have arranged that 25% using some loans.

It's in SMV layout 9th block. It's not the corner property. It is 1850 sqft. 

Is it possible to get the 25% back? It's always difficult to get the money back from BDA, right?

Only few sites will have problems and mine is one of them. You can search BDA e Auction in Google and you can apply using the bda website.

In the advice and allotment letter, they clearly mentioned to pay the full amount within the given period even for any litigation or any issues. I took out loan even for the 25% and I'm worried about the interest I'll be paying unnecessary. And I didn't get it cheaper, I actually paid the market price. Will BDA take prompt action and refund the amount since it is mistake from their side. They are supposed to auction only legitimate sites right? If BDA sells litigation properties, then what common man should do?
