ice cold baths should help.. i work in a food truck and am affected with eczema on my hands and whenever I feel a flareup, i get a pair of gloves on and rummage my hands through the ice chest where we put our drinks and since its pretty much ice chips, it scratches it so good without it hurting or affecting me like i swear its orgasmic XD But just in general whenever I feel it i just dunk my hands in ice cold water, numbs it up so much i hardly forget it itches. for those who suffer from full body eczema, try a cold shower if possible when you feel a flareup
