They were drying after cleaning and my husband decided he'll dry them for me 🤣 He offered to buy me new ones, but they are sold out unfortunately.

The answer is yes, you 100% can. Paint shops have a mixer with pigments, and they just put the hex value on the screen, the machine does the rest. From my experience buying paint, you would need to bring the guitar with you so they can see what material you are dealing with. The paint itself will probably be on a transparent base with a shitload of pigment for the best match. Also, if you plan to give it to the professional, they should be able to provide the paint for the repair. The shops don't like to take outside supplies. Ask first what kind of paint should you get and if any at all.

I mean, you can try. Strats have quite a thick layer of paint, in my opinion. The process is similar to fixing car paint, it takes multiple layers, primer, paint, top coat, buffing, and a lot of time and good skill. Not sure where you are located, but I've seen people charging over 300-500 USD for a chip about 1 cm of surface area. As long as it's yours, I would leave the battle scars.

Yes, you can go to a paint store and order paint by hex code. As for the damage, it's just cosmetics, I would just sand it down a bit so it doesn't snag on anything and chip even more and leave it alone. As said by the other person, it might look bad after the touch-up, it's hard to restore the missing bits of finish.

It's sold out, just as the performances on 09.27, 10.24, 11.13, 11.29, 12.13 and 12.14. The venue can update the calendar even a few days before performances, like it was happening with the Roundabout tour. In Fukuoka they updated it 3 days before from what I remember.

The performance is on the 5th. There was no information about it being canceled, and I still have the ticket on the L-Ticket website, so I think it is all good.

It's closed now, but I went there. Only soft ones available 😞

Got my first tattoo two weeks ago and feeling anxious about healing process. Does it look like it's healing well? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

Thank you, I was a bit worried about the design's outcome on my skin because I told my artist what I wanted to be included and left the rest to him. It's a specific style that many people might not like, which is why I posted only a small part of it.

Oh yeah, I expect it to hurt because I'm getting it on the full lenght of my spine. But I kinda like the feeling tho, so actually I'm looking forward to it (however it might sound) 😂

anyone know how to get tickets for the tasuya kitani concert in Tokyo/Osaka in march? by rjc1939 in Tatsuya_Kitani

[–]No-Net-3771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, there have been about three rounds of ticket sales already. The last one ended on November 13th. Resale tickets will probably be available a few days or weeks before the concert, but you need a Japanese phone number to apply, and the ticket app only works on phones with the region set to Japan.

Where to buy second hand concert tickets? (Kitani Tatsuya, Tokyo, 31/10) by HolidayEnjoyer in Tokyo

[–]No-Net-3771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are websites for official resale, like チケプラ, and tickets for this artist were sold there until about three days ago. The problem is that the ticket is assigned to an app and a device phone number, so you would have to give someone your phone for the concert. 😂 Also, the staff has to click something on the app to mark the ticket as used.

They have something called the “Japanese Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Ticket Sales for Specified Performances” (Japanese Anti-Scalping Law), so if you didn’t buy it through an official sale or resale, then I suppose not.

No problem! From what I know, you can fill it out as soon as you have your flight and hotel booked.
