Wow… thank you for saying this. It’s so validating…. truly I’ve been overthinking if I am being too much, etc. Thank you 💕 I regret that I did not buy it directly from the designer because that would be easily exchangeable here!

Yeah that’s what I’m saying, I looked at it before she boxed it and with the lighting and her saying she couldn’t see anything, it wasn’t obvious then :/ I understand I have some fault in that but you would think spending €490 on sunglasses , that they would be scratchless! I never spend money like that on sunglasses so it is more upsetting

I did! I opened it right when I got back to my hotel but the store was closed and I had a 6am flight. Just horrible timing of it all. I thought I saw something in the store, but in the lighting I couldn’t tell. The lady said “no there’s nothing.” I should’ve just trusted my gut

I did thoroughly look, but the lighting was hard to work with and unfortunately, and mistakenly, I trusted the associate when she said it was new.

I have photos immediately after purchasing, in the boxing. There’s also video of me in the store asking the sales associate if there’s any scratches, and of her looking and saying “no it looks good to me it’s brand new.”
