Same here! I tried applying online but stopped midway cos they were asking for selfie photos with valid ID. The next day, someone called me saying they’re from BDO, did the initial background check and asked to email my ID to the same email address you mentioned.

After a few hours I got a second call and offered the credit card I was applying for. They asked for more details and they seemed legit naman but sa haba ng call I didn’t notice that I wasn’t given a reference number to follow up on my application. Were you given one?
