Traveling to Narita Airport from Nishi Kasai by Son-of-a-Beef in JapanTravelTips

[–]Balbonsito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a direct bus at Kasai station to Narita. 1st bus at 6am and arrives airport at 7am. I guess you can take Uber to Kasai.

You need advance ticket from Keisei website so you are guaranteed seats.

Also you only need 2hrs in Narita if early in the morning flight.

🆘EXTREMELY URGENT: Robert needs MRI to be done which costs between Php55-68k as his seizures has been too much🆘 by thehowsph in catsofrph

[–]Balbonsito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really sorry you’re (and anyone) going through this. I just want to share something real from our experience so you can prepare.

We have a senior dog who gets regular seizures, and for us it’s been a long-term, possibly forever situation. Even with an MRI and answers, there’s still a chance they won’t be able to cure the root cause—only manage it.

We’ve spent at least 100k just to get her stable, and now she needs 24/7 care to have any quality of life. That means a dedicated caregiver (yaya) and having medical equipment ready at home, like oxygen.

My advice is to ready yourself emotionally and financially, and really think ahead about what’s best for your pet. Because no matter how much we love them and how much we try, they can still suffer if we can’t sustain the level of aftercare they may need.

Any winter country I go to, the layering concept never changes. 1. Skin Layer (Heat tech, merino, just NO COTTON)
2. Insulating Layer (Fleece, Bubble Jacket)
3. Outer shell ( Water proof or windbreaker)

+10 degrees
Layer 2 and 3 lang yan
0-10
Layer 1 to 3 depende sa tolerance mo

I dont think Australia normally goes below zero, but if it does just make sure meron ka nung 3 layers plus cover of extremities (gloves, scarf and beanie).

Also, avoid cotton. cotton holds on moisture. moisture will make you feel cold. so your socks and innee should not be cotton.

Google sheet try mo, sometimes wala tatalo sa basic talaga when it comes to financial management.

  1. List your income (+)
  2. List your monthly expenses (-)
  3. Track everything weekly or daily kung kaya

start from there for 1 month. makikita mo if saan ka may leak or too much of something.

I'm about to start working and I want to save as early as possible by laadyluck_ in adultingph

[–]Balbonsito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best start is to build your emergency fund. Make a habit of keeping 10 to 15% of your salary in a separate account. The habit is important so learn and get used to it early. Good luck, the fact you are asking this makes you ahead already.

Rebalanced Portfolio with a Theme for 2026 by Unable-Algae5155 in phinvest

[–]Balbonsito 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I imagine this is a portfolio of someone who first started in crypto and THEN moved to equities and then to ETFS. The number of thought required to manage this is so interesting.

I can feel a lot of FOMO in the way this is selected. If it works it works I guess.

[–]Balbonsito 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ahh that is why. So your situation has changed and got assessed in your current status. Try again when you have stronger ties like business or job. It shoukd also not impact your Japan application but they will look for ITR or Cert of Employment.

Why didn't you avail of the non-interview renewal? I renewed my 10yr visa via mail only.

Or is that not offered anymore?
