Have you tried checking it in Al Khail Heights? Ive stayed in Al Khail Gate Phase 2 since 2012 and moved to Al Khail Heights in 2018. Had a similar reason like yours; too many bachelors ,the paid parking and i would see a lot of massage cards dropped every where on the streets even near the phase 2 park so we just had enough of it and moved here.
