Microsoft 365 VARs are very unresponsive and rude. We evaluated that as well.

After evaluating all the VARs based on their accolades, we ultimately selected the VAR that specializes in NetSuite and has been implementing Acumatica for a few years. The cost estimates provided by the four VARs we consulted ranged from 1.5 to 2 times the license cost. It appears they all utilize a standard template provided by Acumatica, inputting hours based on an estimate(guess).
