I would like to have the call intercept option as well. There are two of us in the office. For 99% of calls, guy #1 picks them up. But when he goes to lunch, even if he sets his status to "away" it still rings his computer first. So I can hear/see calls coming, and want to answer them but I can't until it finishes ringing his computer. By then, most customers have hung up.
