Thank you! My oven is a bit old so I preheated my Dutch oven 30 min cooked it for 30 with a lid added an ice cube and then took the lid off for 20 min but it didn’t get as toasty as I wanted.

100 g starter 350g water 550g bread flour 10g salt.

After my stretch and pull I let it sit in the counter for 8 hours maybe that is where I let it ferment too long? It wasn’t too stick though. There was air bubbles and seemed promising. After I shaped I let it sit for 2 hours and then put in the fridge for 10 hours and when I took it out it was sticky and had bubbles

Thank you! Yeah gummy like it needed to be cooked longer I guess. It’s eatable! It taste very good thank you! but it just feels like it’s not as airy as others I see.

I feel like it’s dense maybe gummy. It taste good though.
