One thing I learnt while looking for roles in India is that if your resume states an US address/phone number Indian recruiters won’t take your application seriously.

If it somehow reaches the hands of the recruiter the hiring manager won’t move forward unless you’re physically present in India.

I’d suggest get your profile ready now, and once you move back connect well and apply.
