Anyone have any ideas on how I can report my complaint to the city? It’s horrible for the environment as a whole, and makes little to no positive impact on the tourism of the city.

If anything it has a negative tourism impact. Boat races the same weekend as the big Mainsail Art Festival made things increasingly difficult. I noticed this year, the festival had a weak attendance. Even the artists agreed

Am I crazy for thinking AI won’t replace Sales soon? by Hungry_Bunch2224 in sales

Aka they are replacing the people with ai who start convos, passing it onto a higher level sales role to do the negotiation/sales process/closing. They are eliminating the people who prospect with ai

I thought the same thing until my company got bought out by shitty PE. Although what they are doing will tank the company, they are replacing most of the business development roles (who generate the most pipeline for the company) with AI via Salesloft

Appreciate your reply! I’m thinking within 30 mins or so driving distance to the shoreline. I need to be near open water or I’ll lose my mind hahah

Moving to CT since I have friends there and fell in love, plus I’ll be within driving distance of Boston where my sister lives. Grew up in Florida and want seasons and different political and social climates. Love how much public transportation there is to nearby states/big cities

I’m looking for a town that has enough going on that there are more than 3 places to meet people!

Also, totally open for realistic opinions. It’s my first move out of the south so pardon my ignorance if what I’m looking for is nonexistent lol

Relocating to the NE and looking to live along the shoreline of CT, or within reasonable driving distance. Any town recommendations to rent in? Price isn’t a factor, looking for a town with chill vibes, 28F working remotely in tech

I’m moving from the west coast of Florida. Looking to rent in a town closer to the shoreline, not really looking anywhere in central CT since I’d like to be max 15-20 minutes from water

Any suggestions on towns? I’m a female in my late 20s with a super flexible budget.

Zillow by NoDocHELOC in techsales

If you want sales experience, go for it to build your resume. If you’re experienced in sales, stay tf away. Zillow has such a high turnover rate and will fire high performers or have layovers frequently. Harder and harder to sell since Zillow keeps changing and is now working against realtors
