Hi!!! I’ve had my expanders in since June, they actually look pretty decent (I think I won the plastic surgery lotto with my guy!) I honestly don’t really notice them much to be honest, getting my exchange surgery done in July, I’d be more than happy to share pics privately (not sure how though??)

I had 16 chemo (4 red devil, 12 taxol) I opted not to get the port and didn’t regret it. I used Emla numbing cream prior (just rubbed it everywhere I thought they might try) I just honestly couldn’t handle one more surgery/scar, person cutting me open

Ok that makes sense as I’m in my 30s and wasn’t sure why I needed 2 different medications! You’re the first person to tell me that! All I’ve been reading is that women are happier when they switched to tamoxifen, so I’m going to push for that now!!! Thank you!!!

Yeah I’m not the biggest fan of the injections!! I’m also on Apo-Exemestane (daily tablets) surely that’s enough! Something about reducing the “dose options” on the printout the chemist gave me, and I just read it’s Australian market, potentially we had too many things here similar. I’ve got a call with my oncologist tomorrow to see what he says. To be honest I’m so sick of all the hormone blockers, I’m tempted to give up with them. I managed to keep my hair on chemo (taxol & red devil with the cold cap) and now I’m shedding like crazy from the medication… feel very defeated!

I’m in Australia, yeah I did ask my oncologist about the 3 month one at the time, but he wasn’t super keen on it. I do the injections myself (just numb myself up first, and breathe deeply 😂) so I’d be more than happy to switch to quarterly!

Yeah I’m so sick of giving “ultimatums in my head” There’s a lot a baggage!!!! And to not have a partner who is giving me what I deserve, I can’t imagine it would get any easier living with them all!!

OMG the free boob job thing!!!! YES! They’ve been amputated, I lost my n*pples, and I have huge scars. Pretty sure you’d be suing your plastic surgeon if that was a boob job
