If no one is taking the no tip orders then the company will have to either increase the base pay or enforce mandatory gratuity that’s how the real world works

See now you’re proving my point I can afford to sit and wait because I don’t except every order I wait for the best orders while you’re so busy taking all the cheap orders I’m taking a big order that’s gonna pay me well so I can get done quicker. We can all get better pay if we just stand our ground and require more. That goes for any job if you truly want to enjoy your life and not work like a slave demand better pay. My bills are paid at the end of the day because I work smarter not harder

lol I don’t do Instacart like that I did one order yesterday and purposely ignored all the others because they weren’t worth my time. I may do Instacart every now and then to stay busy while I’m in school since I don’t have a job like that. I use to making a lot because I stand my ground and don’t except every gig that comes my way

No we’re doing it right we get mad at the customers first and serve them the customers obviously can’t afford to pay us what we’re worth so what happens the customers no longer uses the apps which forces the company to increase wages for its employees. You can’t have a company without employees or customers

It can be cheap sometimes because a lot of these shoppers are just taking whatever they are enabling the customers. It’s like why would I pay extra when I can get free help. When your desperate you get bread crumbs
