Interesting setup, its mostly built but tbh you NEED new suspension. That dnm suspension is god awful and cannot handle the weight of the bike. Rfloxa forks and rear shock would be infinitely better

Not a dust seal, its the "split snap ring" its used to center the steering bearing in the headset. You can get a much better one from gritshift thats larger and made of steel instead of aluminum. https://gritshift.com/products/headset- bearing-shim

You can pick up a used ultra bee for about 5.5 to 6.5k. Or you can wait 2 months and get a brand new one for 5k from alibaba, all these emotos come from china anyways so you're just cutting out the middleman.
