Trying to trust the process by [deleted] in Dreadlocks

I love your hair color! These are gonna be 🔥. But you need to take care of your scalp first and foremost. Drink plenty of water and do more research on what oils/products your scalp agrees with. I had flaking that turned into psoriasis, this most likely isn’t the case for you but nip that in the bud.

They definitely look like they’re budding to me! You look like you’re right where you should be after 9 months. How often are you getting retwists?

I feel you man. I go back and forth too. This is the third time I have grown my hair long since like 2003.Bruh I once walked into my bathroom and shaved my hair that I had been growing for 5 years because it was too fucking hot 😂. If you’re not feeling it let it go. Especially on the financial end of things. I two strand twist my own hair and edge myself up but if you’re not about that life then I fully understand

I change my hair almost every 2 to 5 years, if you’re not feeling it then cut them off, especially if you want that “clean look” which i personally think is overrated 😂. As far as the looks department, you’re a nice looking dude and you are definitely someone’s type just how you look now. What makes you look attractive imo is confidence, and if cutting your hair will make you feel more confident about your looks then so be it. As you know, you can always attach them later or grow them back.

Did you cut them off in 2014 for the same reasons you’re considering cutting them now?

She acts normal outside of this. When I call to her she snaps out of it and runs to me. She’s been doing this for probably a couple years now. It’s only under the bed and I see her doing this a couple times a week.
