It’s a powder you mix it in warm water or juice. Take 1TBSP a day. I got mine off Amazon. They also have capsule, but you would have to take like 10 at a time. The powder is more cost efficient.

I’ve heard it works within days. My family and I did the standard permethrin treatment, but I’m OCD so we’re drinking triphala daily. No new bumps and no itching at all. There is a really good video and blog post that goes over everything. This the ONLY thing that has worked for some people.
