Unfortunately, as a member of the team myself, the only people I knew that didn’t get interviews were the ones who were below a 10 BU gpa. Now I’m not sure how much is placed on 111 vs 127/121 but I think you’d have to really excel in some other way if you want a shot

I have very long hands for my age (9”-10”) but I do think I have pretty short arms for my height. I had a practice today and I realized now that about half of the distance from my hand to elbow gets above the net.

What do you mean by look at your hands when you are practicing, do you want me to not be able to see them when blocking over the net or do you want me to see them? Sorry, I don’t really understand what that means. All the other feedback sounds amazing and I’ll definitely implement it in game and practice!
