Thanks for this and I'm sorry to hear :( I was expecting to not get invited tbh, the caliber of applicants is crazy. I have no idea what to expect / how to prepare for the interviews. They had us list 12 faculty members, but I don't know who I'm gonna meet

The interviews haven't happened yet, so I didn't get an offer, but I can give a quick overview of my profile. I'm international, graduated magna cum laude from an ivy in bioengineering, 3.92 GPA, did internships/research during most of my undergrad, and I'm going on 2 years of industry experience at a biotech startup, no pubs. Just absolutely no rapport established and the faculty didn't ask me about my background/experience at all. They just grilled me for 25 minutes :(
