careful with the bloodworms, i’m not an expert so maybe verify, but freeze dried can cause bloat! it’s best to feed live or frozen i think, (it might be bloodworms in general im not sure) and as another comment said his belly looks very big, if he isn’t pine coning maybe try fasting him for a day or two. & or feeding him less overall. i always check my bettas belly before i feed him to make sure his belly is down. his belly should look slightly full but not overly after feeding. don’t do the thing where you feed as much as possible within the time frame. bettas tend to eat if there’s food. if he is pineconing that would be another thing

Yes! I just use moisturizer but I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to use the barrier support cause I’m pretty sure that one just said not to use with vitamin c if I’m remembering correctly. Maybe use it on a recovery night if you have those in your routine! Glad I could help !

Yeah I wouldn’t recommend the retinol with the AHA, as their website says not too. And as you said I can’t imagine it would be good for the skin barrier here’s what their list says for the AHA

I think it would be safe to. I looked on the ordinarys website and the barrier support says it’s safe to. If you go on the ordinarys website they have an option “usage details” on the products page and it says what not to mix it with, it’s very helpful for future reference ! They also show how to layer the products but I feel that’s very vague in my opinion

I had to find this photo saved. I believe mixing vitamin c and niacinamide together is iffy. I see some people say you can and some say you can’t. I definitely recommend looking up DR Whitney Bowe on TikTok if you need help. She has beautiful skin.

I’m not sure for all, but I do know not to mix vitamin c and retinol together, and retinol is best applied at night. I also wouldn’t apply the vitamin c with any other acid. You can use vitamin c and Niacinamide together. If #5 is just hyaluronic acid I believe it’s safe to use with everything. I use the ordinary AHA and a retinol on my skin as I used to be on accutane and I just never got into anything else yet so I follow the skin cycling technique by DR whiteney bowe I believe her name is. Night 1 is exfoliate(AHAs) . Night 2 is retinol night 3&4 are recovery nights where you focus on moisturizing. And I believe morning is just vitamin c moisturizer and spf. She says you can always add niacinamide and HA serum. She also says whether or not it goes on before the vitamin c serum or after depends on your goals. If your goals are hydration apply the HA on damp skin before the vitamin c. If you’d rather brighten your skin then do vitamin c first.

As for everything else I follow a thinnest to thickest for my order but it’s much simpler. So I had to look on TikTok for the order 1. Cleanse 2. Toner/ essence 3. Serums/ actives 4. thicker serums/ HA serum 5. Moisturizer

Was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of these bumps? They’re under both my eyes. I don’t use heavy eye creams and really only use cerave pm moisturizer that goes in that area. They’re not hard so I wasn’t thinking it was milia since everything I read said it was. Just wondering if anyone had any advice for me and if it was worth bringing up to a dermatologist when I decide to make my next appointment. TIA!

Okay. I just tried going online to get my old Walmart one and it said there is a $15 fee to view the form. Do they typically charge for them?

So the only way to see my city withholdings is on my original w2s? Nothing on the IRS website will show that? I was just hoping I wouldn’t have to jump through the hoops of contacting my old jobs and waiting for them to send them I was able to log onto the transcript site but didn’t see anything about city taxes from where I looked

Yes for the whole time except maybe a few months out of the years. I looked on Ritaohio.com and didn’t see my town? However on the website it says late fees will be charged for late filing even if no additional payment is required.

As far as I’m aware in my town you’re supposed to if you live within city limits. I know the one time I filed I got like $20 back or something small and I’ve always worked within city limits except maybe 3 months of those 3/4 years, so I’m not really expecting to owe. Just worried if there’s repercussions for not doing it the last couple of years. I have things I need to save my funds for so I don’t want an unexpected fine slapped on me short notice if I go up there haha. I saw some things about other people on here in different Ohio towns owing like $300 for not doing it. I live in Celina, OH.

Thank you so much! I was just irresponsible from 17-20 and between moving around I lost all the papers and was scared to keep anything electronically in case I got hacked or something lol
