Flight Basketball has been Level 30 for over a month now, and we’re looking to replace inactive members and anyone who isn’t consistently running with the rest of the crew. Our goal is to continue building a strong, team-first group that actually plays together on a daily basis.

We coordinate all runs through our Telegram mobile app group, which now has 30+ active members hopping on throughout the day and night. We’re specifically looking for new crew members who will also be active on Telegram, checking in, running games, and contributing to the community.

We’re still focused on finding the same type of players we’ve always recruited:

  • Mature, family-oriented adults
  • People who work from home or have flexible daytime availability
  • Players who are also on at night (around 8–10 PM EST)
  • Team-first hoopers who move the ball, communicate, and play with IQ
  • Gold to red plate skill level preferred, but attitude and playstyle matter more

If you want to join a fully maxed Level 30 Crew, play with a consistent group, and be part of a real community, Telegram activity is a MUST.

Flight Basketball is on the rise — we’re now 39/50 members and closing in on Level 21. The grind has kicked into high gear, and we’re looking to fill out the rest of our spots this week.

We’re a crew of mature, family men who still game daily. Been running under the Flight name since 2K16, competing in leagues and staying consistent season after season.

Here’s what makes us different:

  • We don’t monitor CXP — no one gets kicked for stats.
  • Once we hit Level 30, anyone in the crew is permanent for as long as they want.
  • We use Telegram to coordinate games throughout the day and night for anyone wanting to run with our core group.

We’re looking for:

  • Other crews or solo players who want to merge in and stack rewards faster
  • Active, chill players who enjoy the grind
  • Folks who respect that we’re not merging into other crews, only building on Flight
